Fun Facts regarding "Bullshit! Hard Problem!":
Worked On: May 27 [Imagery] & [Ex], May 28
           [H/M/E/N], 2014
Released: ???
Serial Numbers: #A-258 / #M-191

* This is the opening to the visual novel "Nekonade
Distortion." My guess is that it's a particularly
difficult VN to clear properly, given the nature
of the song they chose for its OP. :3

* This is my first song that has a swear word
in its title with no excuses ("Da Shit" was just
  being cute, far's I know) - it's definitely
  there as a profane word.

* You can indeed say this song has explicit lyrics
if you wanna argue that bad; at the end of the
only verse present in this short version, Kotoko
does actually say "fuck it" in English, and uses
the word "bullshit" in the chorus. Indisputably
vulgar, but admit it: hearing Japanese singers
and voice actresses swear (or say anything else,
for that matter) in English has some kind of
  odd charm. :p

* On top of that, I think the song is addicting to
listen to; it's swift, catchy, has a good rock
beat, and you don't often hear the Japanese
singing about calling bullshit on something.

* I LOVE the banner I made for this song. I do
my best on everything, but this one, I think, was
  *particularly* awesome.

* This song is a blazing 210 BPM. That's only
the *beginning* of your woes with this song. I've
  only charted two songs with a faster main BPM;
the fastest is "Work Guy!!" at 240 BPM, and the
second is "Through the Fire and Flames (Nightcore
Mix)," which is 230. (Honorable mention goes
to "Silly Symphony" with 205 and "My Kitten"
  with 204.)

* Expert IS bullshit; it pulls every evil trick in
the book: crossovers, twisting, hands that can be
hit by your feet, footswitch, bracketing, and,
for the first time in an Ace Of Hearts stepchart,
jackhammering (hitting the same arrow a LOT of
times in a row with the same foot). It's not
easy to read OR play, although if you listen to
the assist tick, you can tell it makes excellent
sense. If you didn't think the concept of
a "technical 14" was possible, this chart will
force you to reconsider. In the end, this chart
is a superb example of what it looks like when
I decide to stop playing nice and give you a chart
you will probably fail on your first try. Play it,
then never again complain that my high-end Expert
charts are too hard, now that you'll know what I'm
capable of. If you're reading this before actually
playing it, but you've seen its entry on the
song select screen, you go "but Ace, it has only
546 steps, and Hard has 522?" Trust me, for having
only 24 steps more than Hard, it is an EXCRUCIATINGLY
  difficult 546 steps.
-> This is therefore my first Kotoko 14.
   (Previously, Agony and Wing of Zero were 12s;
it was perhaps only a matter of time before I
ended up with a Kotoko 13 or 14.)
-> Did you know that if you want to rate anything
over 13 in SM 3.95, you HAVE to edit the rating
in the .sm file itself? The program doesn't have
any selections beyond 13; it cycles around to 1.

* Hard is a really tough 11 if you can't do jumps
real well, but aside from that, it's just the
swift, driving beat that asks for your stamina
(and the occasional handplants, though there're
many less on this difficulty, and all should be
hit with your hands in these cases). It's an
11 in the same sense that "Silly Symphony" [Hard]
is an 11, so if you can clear that, this should
pose no issues for you unless you hit a bunch
  of mines. :p

* Medium is a 9. This one's harder to read than
your typical 9, as I decided sleek and sexy
patterning that's easy to follow was *not*
going to suit this song in any manner. Be
prepared to never have a really good idea
where the next song phrase is going to ask
you to go. Aside from that, the mines will
still actually get in your way, so maybe
you'll still end up calling bullshit on your
  score. XD

* Easy is a 6, but not a particularly hard one
if some mines don't really bother you, although
a 6 is pretty hard for an Easy chart. You'll
be asked to know how to do your blue arrows
regularly, and the mines do indeed still actually
get in your way on this difficulty - even
Easy players will be complaining that they
  got cheated.

* Novice is a 3.  It's not the easiest-to-read
3 on the planet, nor is nicely organized as
  you'd normally expect from a 1-to-4-footer;
it goes all over the place - and it still
has mines!! Novices can complain all they
want, but in the end, all you need to do to
remind yourself why things turned out the
way they did is look at the name of the song.
